Intro to Ninja classes are designed specifically for kids who are new to the sport of ninja. In these sessions, kids learn foundational techniques like basic agility, balance, strength exercises, and beginner-level obstacles. The focus is on building confidence, coordination, and introducing the fundamental movements in a safe and fun environment. Through interactive drills and games, they will gain an understanding of the sport while developing teamwork and resilience. The goal of the class is to inspire a love for physical activity and provide stepping stones for further skill development in ninja sports. This class may be repeated if needed, Coaches will assist in recommending follow up classes based on performance, Requirements: Age 5yrs and up
