After School Care (Single Day)
Designed for children aged 6-12, this program combines the discipline of ninja training and the creativity of parkour. Participants learn safe climbing, vaulting, jumping, and balancing techniques, navigating obstacle courses that foster agility, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Each session includes warm-ups, skill drills, supervised free practice, and cool-downs, ensuring a comprehensive physical workout. Our trained coaches provide individual attention to encourage skill progression and promote a supportive community atmosphere.
The program runs weekdays from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, providing a convenient, engaging option for parents looking for after-school activities that blend fitness with fun. It promotes positive social interactions and teamwork while instilling a strong foundation in physical fitness.
