This class focuses on improving power, control, and precision while working toward fluid execution of connected skills. Participants will also work on strength and flexibility drills to support safe progression. Perfect for those ready to push their limits and refine their technique in a fun and supportive environment!

Specific skills that our Tumbling & Flips 2 class may cover:

  • Back Handspring Progressions: Including drills, spotted handsprings, and multiple back handsprings in a series.
  • Roundoff-Back Handspring Connections: Combining roundoffs with back handsprings to create seamless transitions.
  • Front Handsprings: Focusing on takeoff, landing, and body positioning.

Join us for Homeschool Ninja & Parkour on WEDNESDAYS! - an action-packed afternoon designed for homeschoolers to build strength, coordination, and confidence while having fun! Held every Wednesday from 1 PM to 3:30 PM, each session is part instructor-led and part open gym, allowing students to explore our ninja and parkour obstacles at their own pace and participate in structured challenges and group activities. Ninja Competition Team Assessment:
The Ninja Competition Team Assessment is a mandatory evaluation for athletes aspiring to join our Elite Ninja Competition Team. This program is considered invitation-only, and the assessment is designed to measure strength, agility, technique, and overall readiness for competitive participation. During the assessment, coaches will evaluate each athlete's skills to determine the best fit for team placement. Personalized feedback and recommendations will be provided. Successful athletes will receive an invitation to join one of our exclusive teams.

*Tryouts are open to anyone age 6 and older; however, we do not guarantee a spot on the team. For athletes who are not invited to join, our coaches will provide a personalized plan, including recommended classes or courses to help develop the skills needed for the team. Once the athlete is ready, a A second tryout will be offered at no additional cost.
